Staycity Hiring for Reception Team Member Job at Dublin , Ireland Full Time

Staycity are looking for a Reception Team Member to join the Reception team on a full time, permanent basis. Previous Hotel Reception experience is required for this role.

Staycity currently operates in excess of 3,000 apartments across several major European cities including Birmingham, Dublin, Edinburgh, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Marseille, Paris, York and Lyon with many more exciting cities to follow.

The Staycity family is continuously growing allowing us to make our 2022 goal where we aim to make Staycity Europe’s largest, mid-market, pan-European city aparthotel brand with 15,000 keys operational a reality.

Staycity Group’s expansion is now rolling out under two brands – Staycity Aparthotels and our new premium brand Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity.

Key responsibilities as our Reception Team Member will include:

• Look after the safety and security of our guests whilst they enjoy a relaxing night sleep
• Act with integrity at all times by knowing the hotel and how you can personally drive the business
• Deliver excellence by demonstrating a service attitude that exceeds expectations, whether that be serving coffe or breakfast in our Staycity Cafe or by checking our guests into their rooms.
• Have the ambition to continuously improve and be able to show that you care by putting your colleagues and guests first
• You will have expertise in overseeing the operations will ensure you effectively and efficiently deliver great service including problem handling, encourage high team performance, maintaining the safety and security of the hotel and following the policy’s & procedures required within your role.

Our ideal Night Reception Team Member will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

• Ideally have at least 1-year previous experience working at the Front Desk in similar property
• Always strive to provide our guests with the highest standards in customer care
• Experience using Opera
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
