Effectively supports the technology department in reporting and analysis while also assisting in administrative duties such as calendaring and meeting coordination.
Duties & Responsibilities
Analyzing and documenting internal (technology) process and suggesting improvements
Supporting Tech teamwork with other departments on their Process documentation and gathering Business/System requirements
Research standards and best practices around process maturity and how to improve
Work with technology team at different phases of a project helping coordinate successful outcomes during planning, testing or delivery
Helping establish/drive the values and culture
Complex cross team calendaring and travel
Summarizing outcomes and actions for key Technology meetings
Assist leadership in following up and tracking/reporting on status
Technology Department internal document management lead
Performs other related duties as assigned.
A post-secondary degree/diploma in business or comparable experience.
Previous analytic/administrative experience in a small to mid-size entrepreneurial environment
High energy with a “sense of urgency” and a “take charge” attitude.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A demonstrated ability to operate with grace under pressure.
Demonstrate sound judgement – an ability to weigh information and decide on the most appropriate course of action.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Some duties may be required outside of the office.
