Position responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, general admin duties, fielding incoming calls, interacting with customers, employees and contracting crews, filing and record keeping as well as invoicing etc.
Requirements for the role are a genuinely helpful and friendly disposition, willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities, ability to work without continual supervision and must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products. Knowledge of Xactimate, Xactanalysis and insurance claims are preferred but not required.
The wage will be dependent on experience, ability and willingness to take on extra tasks
