We are hiring a 2023 New Business Innovation Intern – Grand Rapids, MI to focus on using lean startup methodology to define, prototype, and de-risk new product or service concepts.

What You Will Be Doing:
You will play a key role in supporting the projects we undertake to develop into viable business offerings, considering the best business model for success in a go-to- market strategy. In New Business Innovation we don’t provide theoretical answers and you will work to provide practical answers to real problems informed by piloting and testing these exciting new concepts and ideas with customers, delivering the learnings back to the company to inform future strategies. As part of this work you will be expected to:
Manage deliverables and balance priorities to meet project timelines
Develop a point of view on topics through a combination of analyses, qualitative research and educated judgement
Synthesize and communicate recommendations with the company’s best interests in mind
Your Future Team:
We are a cross-functional group of innovators on agile project teams to research, prototype, and pilot new business models. We work with other teams across the company including product development, strategy, research, IT and channel. You will have the chance to impact the company at the highest level working with our executive team, while also getting into the details with specific project teams. Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree focused in Business  Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Project Management or related  field
