What You’ll Do:
  • This is a work from home position, and the role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to lottery and online gaming consumers. These agents are answering inbound phone calls and emails from our Georgia Lottery customers.
  • Answers calls, emails, and chat providing prompt, accurate, level service to clients including: promotions, coupon conversions, transaction history, how to play, how to create an account, geo-location, KYC, mobile app, second chance entries, etc.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action. Promote and enhance excellent customer relations.

shift: 8:00AM – 4:30PM w/ Thursday + Sat off
