JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Cafe Supervisor Location: Kenosha, WI Job Id: 876 # of Openings: 1 Cafe Supervisor The Stella Hotel & Ballroom is looking for a fun and outgoing person to work full time as Supervisor of our Cafe. As Supervisor of the Cafe, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include: Provide training, development and supervision of Cafe team members. Provide feedback and coaching to team members. Schedule staff to ensure adequate and consistent levels of service. Maintain Cafe inventory and prepare requisitions to replenish supplies. Update and maintain all Cafe controls, procedures and checklists. Assist guests by helping take orders and suggesting daily specials. Prepare foods and drinks such as fruit and coffee drinks or smoothies. Arrange food in the pastry case and inform kitchen when items need to be restocked. Wipe spills and maintain cleanliness of all appliances, espresso machine and counter space throughout the shift. The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities: Previous experience in similar role. Ability to work the hours of 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. Knowledgeable in preparing lattes, mochas, cappuccinos, and other specialty coffees and teas. Excellent customer service skills. Dependability and regular attendance. Must be willing to learn work in other areas of the hotel to assist as needed. Must have or be able to obtain food safety handling certificate. Ability to use point of service software.
