Key Responsibilities

Managing compliant payroll processing, ensuring accurate leave entitlements.

Providing guidance on Employment Hero functionality to departmental managers.

Developing and maintaining HR policies and process templates.

Assisting in recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and performance reviews.

Overseeing Health & Safety, training plans, and certification compliance.

Participating in disciplinary and investigative meetings alongside departmental managers.

Qualifications And Skills

Previous experience in payroll and HR is essential.

Proficient in employment legislation and analytical thinking.

Advanced computer literacy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
