About The Company
Stellar Recruitment is partnered with one of NZ’s industry leading Project Management services consultancy and due to growth in the Bay Of Plenty are looking to bring on a Project Manager with 2-3 years in Commercial/infrastructure experience.
The Purpose Of This Role
The purpose of this role is to manage the delivery of small – medium size projects, including design to ensure the project is running on time & within budget.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Provide clients/stakeholders with updates on each project
- Preparation of budget with the QS
- Design Management
- Managing inspection of the project prior to completion
- Preparing and submitting development plans to clients
- Evaluate & make recommendations to the client on tenders
- Maaging design workstreams, liaising with councils on consent
To be successful you will have:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree In Construction
- Outstanding communication skills
- Project Design experience
- 2+ years of consultancy experience
- Knowledge of NZS3910 contracts
- Be career driven & motivated
