Stellar Recruitment is partnered with a leading national commercial construction main contractor that is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 5+ years NZ experience to join their team on a permanent basis in Auckland.

Healthcare Experience Would Be Advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

• collaborating closely with subcontractors, clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring the financial success of each project you are working
• Maintain documentation and manage project records
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior Quantity Surveyors
• Manage the procurement process
• Lead budget preparation efforts, maximize project profit margins
• Risk identification

Experience required:

• 5+ years New Zealand quantity surveying experience
• Relevant QS qualification
• Excellent communication skills
• Methodical with good problem solving skills
• Previous commercial construction experience
