Step Teachers Hiring for Year 4 Teacher Job at Hoddesdon, East of England, England , UK Full Time

Step Teachers are a preferred supplier for Teach in Herts; as a part of our ongoing success in building and retaining relationships with many schools and academy trusts in the area we are currently looking for a Year 4 Teacher in Hoddesdon to start in October 2022, for a maternity cover.

This is a one-form entry school, which is part of an academy trust, continues to be rated “GOOD” by OFSTED. They school offers a well rounded curriculum for their students enabling each student to develop to the best of their ability, both within their studies and as an individual.

Role:

Strong knowledge of the curriculum in primary school

Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed

Work effectively with other staff both within the classroom and throughout the school

Ability to monitor, assess and report on the progress of your students

Able to deliver lesson’s which are both engaging and dynamic.

Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively

Requirements:

Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification

Recent mainstream school-based experience teaching primary

Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management

Experience working with SEND is desirable
