It’s an exciting time at Stephenson Harwood as we continue on our impressive growth trajectory further enhancing our various practise groups.. Our lawyers advise on high profile, multi-jurisdictional transactions with deep local roots; the result of many years’ experience in different markets.
Team Structure:
Our Company Secretarial team consists of three members and plays a key part in providing a quality service to our clients through providing company secretarial and statutory compliance work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the company secretarial team
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties and statutory compliance work
- Maintain proper statutory records for companies
Attributes/Skills Required:
- Degree holder with qualification of HKICS/ICSA
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably at managerial level in the legal industry
- Well organized, intuitive and willing to take responsibility
- Able to work under pressure
- English and Cantonese are required and the ability to also communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage
