Stepping Stone Veterinary Care Hiring for Office assistant in San Antonio, TX Job at Remote Full Time

I am in need of someone to assist me with office work for my one woman, mobile veterinary service in San Antonio. Although this job is primarily remote and listed in the “remote” section, I would like to hire someone who lives in the San Antonio area.

The work will primarily be remote, although trips to my home office once or twice monthly may be added to your work schedule as your duties expand. Initially I need someone to input appointments and answer any emails that can be easily answered. With training your duties may expand to include ordering, paying bills, financial reports and other duties typical of an office manager for a small business.

This will be a very part time job starting at 5-10 hours a week. Times are flexible, although you will need to work 1-2 hours each day. This will be the perfect job for someone looking only for a part time job or someone who already works from home and wants to receive an additional pay check.

Experience is not required, but if you have never done office work before, please be a detail oriented person. This job requires accurate inputting of client information and scheduling. You will need access to a computer, printer and the internet. Please include 2-3 references on your resume.

**This is an office job only, you will not be handling animals.**

Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
