Location: Work From Anywhere (WFA) in the U.S.
About The Role:
Sterling is looking for a Healthcare Clinical Concierge Document Review Admin that will be responsible for delivering customer-centric support and services through operational excellence within the Drug & Health Services industry. This position will collaborate with Concierge leaders, Clients, and Client Success to drive excellent service and continuous improvement for our Clients and their candidates.
This Is What You’ll Do:

Be the dedicated point of contact for reviewing Occupational Health documentation and ensure the proper action is taken, based on Client Specific Requirements:
- Examine and cross reference Candidate Proof Documentation against client rules
- Examine and cross reference Candidate Lab Result Scores against client rules

- Quality check data to ensure the client’s specific standards are met
- Must be able to identify when something is not clear or understood, be comfortable stopping to ask questions and then work toward the right resolution
- May need to interface with customers at times to problem solve on documentation concerns or client rule concerns
- Ensure timely handling of all results requiring review. Be comfortable working against a Service Level Agreement (SLA) expectation requiring the action of work to be done within a specified amount of time.
- Collaborate in a team environment and work with peers and internal customers to ensure customer outcomes are optimal

This Is What We’re Looking For:
- Undergraduate/Graduate, or equivalent years of experience
- Customer focused attitude and mentality with attention to details
- Client Service/Support experienced
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Searches, Database Lookups)
- The ability to manage multiple priorities using time management and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate to employees at all levels of the organization
- Self-starter and have an ability to see the process through from start to finish
- The skills to work independently to follow directions as established by the company or client
- Does well under pressure with time-sensitive projects
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond/escalate appropriately
- Candidate should have stable internet infrastructure at their place with minimum 10 MBPS speed
- Must have a professional at home environment to work in. Must be willing to be on video during internal and client meetings
The annual salary for this position is $38,000 to $42,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in the Annual Incentive Plan. A full range of benefits including but not limited to medical, financial, unlimited sick time, 22 days’ vacation annually (for FT workers; prorated 1st year of employment), parental leave and other benefits are also provided.
