• Daylight Shift 8:00 – 5 Monday – Friday
• Pay 17 an hour BOE.
• Very Customer service oriented.
• Willingness to train and grow
• Ultimately this person will start as a Purchasing Assistant and want to progress into a Program Manager role.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Clerical/Admin work to help our Program Manager department, which handles customer service and procurement.
• Assist the Program Managers in dealing directly with our customers on their orders and oversee the order’s progress from start to finish.
• They also purchase all components needed for the production process.

Ideally, this person will:

• Assist with clerical support
• Strong Computer Skills
• Heavy administration
• Purchase raw materials for manufacturing
• Facilitate the execution of the production schedule
• Work with production team
• pricing and contracts
• Plan and schedule raw materials
• Resolve receiving and invoicing problems
• Maintain material flow throughout the supply chain

Education and Experience:

• B.S. Preferred in Supply Chain, Business or Math degree (will look at fresh out of college or no degree with experience)

• Must be hands-on, self-motivated and possess a high attention to detail
• Familiarity with ISO policies and procedures
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good verbal and written communication, prioritization, organization, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Preferred coursework in: MRP systems and related processes such as Kanban’s, JIT, planning and scheduling and other continuous improvement methods to ensure optimal plant performance with tightly controlled inventory.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
