If your experience is not in setting up, configuring, testing and optimizing FaceBook Ads, please do not apply. Also, please do not apply if you are a 1099 or an Agency. We are not looking for a Vendor we are seeking a Valuable Full-time Team Member for our In-house Marketing department.

Our Expectations on Your Experience:

• Facebook Ads – Expert Level | Primary Responsibility
• Running Ads for all other Social Media Platforms – Intermediate Level
• Google Ads – Fundamental Knowledge
• YouTube Ads – Fundamental Knowledge
• Reporting Skills – Expert Level

Facebook Ad Responsibilities to Include:

• The primary function of this position is to setup, configure and manage Facebook Ads utilizing Facebook Business Manager.
• For ads you will test targeting, adjust settings, use ad variants, and bid strategies to optimize campaigns according to KPI’s
• Stay up to date on ad policies among the different platforms
• Work with our content writer to create engaging ad copy
• Provide actionable analysis for campaign success and ongoing optimizations
• Support Management and perform ad reporting as necessary
• Monitor performance & identify potential problem areas
• Analyze past campaign performance, propose new A/B tests & make strategy recommendations for future promotions
• Perform competitive research using tools & general research
• Identify areas of opportunity with Paid social media
• Monitor ROI and KPIs

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-5 years of professional experience running specifically FACEBOOK ads.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of social media and website metrics and best practices
• EXPERT Level Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform required
• Analytical and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus Skills and Experience: Google Ads and Youtube Ad Experience & Unbounce/wordpress experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
