Stockton School of Music Hiring for Front Desk Coordinator Job at Remote Full Time

The Role

We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our Account Development team. APM Music is currently fully remote, however, it is expected that this candidate will be able to be physically present in the office when it opens (timing currently unknown due to Covid-19). But candidate can decide on working from home always.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls to the main APM line. Engage and reroute as necessary, delivering a professional and engaging experience for our clients
• Monitor the main customer service queue in Service Cloud and respond to client inquiries through the website regarding issues with their login, questions about licensing our music, composer submissions, etc.
• Provide support to the Publishing Operations team by assisting with YouTube copyright claims and other related tasks
• Assist finance with overdue invoice follow-ups
• Enter all data and activity in Salesforce
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to convert them into sales opportunities
• Outbound prospecting – research and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social touch points
• Understand the various markets that APM works with
• Organize and maintain company-wide documents including the company-wide calendar
• Complete requested vendor forms, W-9’s, and payment information
• Stay up-to-date with industry / competitive landscape / new product features / services / pricing
• Subscribe to virtual trade publications and keep an eye out for news and opportunities relating to current accounts, or potential prospects.
• Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing teams as needed

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in front desk or sales coordinator role
• Ability to multi-task administrative tasks
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Knowledge of and passion for music
• Technically savvy
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls to customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 – $24.60 per hour
