If so, then we may have a position for you. This role is in support of a Chief of Staff for a private office.

We are seeking a part-time office assistant to work approximately 20 hours per week remotely. Your duties will be general office administration to include: numerous projects which will involve general computer work (Microsoft Office Suite/Outlook/Word/Excel); managing a full plate of general support needs and other organizational projects as needed.

Duties would include:

· Management of details for Employer as needed according to the Employer’s preferences and standards facilitating anything that needs to be done

· Calendar Management – Scheduling appointments and preparing accordingly

· Management of document flow, organization of files, and assistance in reminder follow-up

· Sort, prepare, and route mail

· Project management as needed

· Research as needed

· Make travel arrangements and all logistics related thereto for family members

· Make restaurant reservations

· Maintain contact database

· Prepare and send holiday mailings

· Assistance with gift & holiday shopping and organization

· Assists with payment of household expenses and routing invoices for approval

· Provisions and maintains household inventory supplies

· Assist with planning and organizing parties and events in the home as needed

· Creates and maintains file systems

· Provide on-call and emergency coverage

· Manage theater tickets, event tickets, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Prior experience and longevity as an Administrative/Executive Assistant

· Consistently proactive, with a keen ability to anticipate needs

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize is a must

· Excellent organizational proofreading, verbal and written communication skills

· Flexibility to occasionally work different hours and receive calls for assistance during non-working hours

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office

· Discretion; maturity; professionalism; integrity and the ability to adhere to the confidential nature of the position
