The Role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, proactive and creative Copywriter with easy communication and ability to conceptualize creatively and strategic thinking to join our team. As a Copywriter you will be responsible for developing creative ideas for ads, scripts and copywriting for social media posts in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and acquisition efforts. You will be working closely with the Brand Team to ensure that the brand’s tone of voice is transmitted in each of our messages, generating impact and recall.

You will

• Develop concepts and creative ideas into powerful and feasible applications.
• Develop and execute copy and content strategies that support the overall social media plan and brand campaigns.
• Build integral pieces of text to capture the necessary attention through social networks and paid channels.
• Dominate the art of storytelling.
• Proof read every text that goes through you while perfecting style and orthography.
• Create engaging and effective and persuasive copies for social media and other marketing materials.
• Meet the most important social media key performance indicators (KPIs.)
• Measuring the success of each social media post and campaigns.
• Keep up to date with the latest social media technologies and best practices.
• Research for references and trends.
• Find unusual sources of inspiration.
• Collaborate with the brand team to develop and maintain brand guidelines.
• Ensure that the content published complies with the guidelines and consistency.
• Interpret data to find communication insights to help you reinforce messages.
• Ensure constant updates on trends not only in terms of conversation topics but also in terms of creativity, design and production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in content developing or copywriting, preferably in a fintech or an advertising agency.
• Fluent in English and understanding of creative communities.
• Excellent spelling and writing skills.
• Ability to receive feedback.
• Organized, obsessive to details, decisive, and agile.
• Analytical, multitasking and self driven.
• Strong research skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Common sense.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Strong knowledge of a range of online media platforms
• Experience in marketing and communication campaign creation, including creating concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

• Ability and self-management to create integrated contents on audiovisual platforms such as TikTok & Instagram.
