The Role: As the Growth Manager, you will work cross-functionally with various teams to identify opportunities for growth, design and implement innovative marketing campaigns, and optimize customer acquisition channels to achieve targets.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Storis product, including identifying target markets, crafting the key narratives and propositions for those targets, designing marketing campaigns to communicate the product benefits and differentiated attributes, and optimize customer acquisition channels.
• identify customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing efforts.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer acquisition channels and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
• Monitor market trends, identify new growth opportunities, and recommend strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
• Provide regular updates on progress and key metrics to senior leadership, including recommendations for improvements and areas of opportunity.
• Manage budgets and resources to maximize return on investment and ensure sustainable growth.
• Develop and manage relationships with key partners and vendors to support growth initiatives.
• Develop strategies to increase the contribution of referral to the product acquisition strategy.
• Identify and test new growth marketing tactics, including growth hacking.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to continuously improve growth strategies.
• Understand the market through customer interviews, competitor studies, and usability tests
• Work closely with Marketing, Engineers, Design, Customer Service and Operation teams to bring products into the market
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and apply this knowledge to the development of new sources of growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to track and analyze metrics and provide regular reporting on campaign / product performance.

What we are looking for:

• Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or related roles, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies, including customer acquisition, marketing plans and campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and using data to drive decision-making.
• Experience managing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
• Go deep on customer and product data to analyze and improve the performance of new product features
• Experience in cross-functional teams management to deliver customer experiences
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience in developing and executing strategic and creative plans that supports the company growth and benefits the customer.
• Strong knowledge of a range of online and offline media platforms.
