The Role

The Jr Office Manager is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executive-level management while also handling receptionist duties, facilities management, and event planning. The primary objective of this position is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office and to facilitate the successful planning and execution of company events.

Main responsibilities

• Assist executives with administrative tasks, including scheduling flights, managing reservations, and handling correspondence.
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
• Handle mail and package distribution, as well as courier services.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
• Liaise with building management for facility-related issues.
• Control office and parking accesses for all employees ensuring on-time delivery.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, including event planning and facilities management.
• Familiarity with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar applications.
• Knowledge of event planning and coordination, including budget management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
