The Role: You would be responsible for designing and delivering training programs according to company priorities, established alongside your manager. This may involve designing and delivering in-person or online training sessions, creating learning materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will also be responsible for the implementation of the performance management program, where we measure the actual performance and identify areas of improvement.
Main responsibilities:
Manage and improve company onboarding processes: you will be responsible for managing the current onboarding process as well as building on it to have a more robust general onboarding program and design functional onboarding programs to continuously accelerate the learning curve of new hires. You will work with functional team leads to develop content that is relevant, engaging, and effective in helping employees acquire new skills and knowledge.
Implement and iterate leadership training program: along with your manager, you will help design and implement a leadership development program to ensure that all leaders and future leaders at Stori are able to develop the necessary leadership skills for their roles. This program should cover a range of topics, including leadership skills, communication, and our culture.
Design skilling and upskilling programs according to business needs: you will design trainings for different teams according to priorities identified in gap analysis done in hand with your manager. These will vary from functional training paths to training on a particular subject important for the business. The challenge is to leverage already existing knowledge within the company and transform it in a way that will help others learn and develop more and better skills. Implement performance management program: you will help in the implementation of the performance management program. You will be in charge of launching and tracking the evaluations as well as gathering and analyzing the data from evaluations.
