You will be responsible for checking in customers, booking appointments, printing necessary documents, minor bookkeeping, and responding to email inquiries. This position is currently scheduled from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM every Monday and Friday and from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays. On the other days of the week, 1-2 hours will be done remotely answering phone calls and returning messages. This is a part-time employee position. Times may expand as business grows. Ideally the applicant should live within 30 minutes of Katy,TX AND be bilingual in Spanish.
Duties include: interacting with customers and their families; taking payments, and other minor bookkeeping needs.
Resume should include all schooling, certifications, and experience as a receptionist or office assistant.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
COVID-19 considerations:
Regular cleaning of equipment and common areas in between customers.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
