RESPONSIBILITIES

What can you expect?

• Reviewing never-before-seen TV episodes before release
• Assisting with process design and automation, working to accommodate both internal growth and new client needs
• Partnering with managers to generate ideas and briefs for video content
• Monitoring both upcoming tasks and client distribution points
• Managing asset download and filing, ready for production
• Populating internal tools with client data, checking consistency, and raising any discrepancies with line manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written and communication skills

What’s nice to have:

• Experience with project management software like Airtable or Monday.com
• Experience creating how-to guides or other documentation
• Technical aptitude for understanding new software and systems
• Any familiarity with programming languages

PAYMENT

20,000 – 25,000 USD per year, depending on experience and skills.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

You will meet Katrina, our Creative Operations Manager Erin, our Junior Content Services Manager, in a 60 minute interview via Zoom. They usually ask about your previous experience, future career path and motivation for applying for this job, as well as providing you with more details about our projects and working in our team.

If the interview goes well, we will invite you to a second interview with Louise, our Content Director.
