The successful candidate will have a purchasing or buying administration background ideally. This role will involve an initial training period on site
This is a full time, permanent position based in Wicklow but the opportunity to work from home, long term
Salary: €30-€35k.
The Role:
- Checking of agreed supplier pricing prior to issuing of orders.
- Checking all Order Acknowledgements against PO’s raised and querying discrepancies with suppliers and contracts team.
- Updating ERP/Software database with any new product codes.
- Co-ordinate any deliveries to Head office and satellite warehouses.
- Maintaining the supplier contacts list, with all relevant information required.
- Liaising with finance team on invoices queries as required.
- Other Ad Hoc Duties as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €33,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
