Storm Recruitment Hiring for Office Administrator Job at Kilcoole , Ireland Full Time

My client based in Kilcoole are seeking an office administrator to join their team.
For this role you must be available IMMEDIATETLY as they are looking for the successful candidate to start next week.

Reporting to the office manager the duties will include:

• Handling email and phone inquiries.
• Taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
• Assisting colleagues whenever possible including arranging site visits, meetings, setting up job files etc.
• Managing the travel plans, appointments, and agendas of senior management.
• Taking inventory and replacing office supplies when necessary.
• Submitting reports and preparing presentations and general research.
• Working closely with other admin staff
• Taking minutes in staff meetings.
• Filing and file management
• Answering the telephone and dealing with client queries
• Going to bank, Post office, shops for sundry supplies as required.
• Other miscellaneous duties

The ideal candidate for this role:

• 3+ years office admin experience
• Attention to detail is a necessity for this role
• Strong organisational skills in respect to office administration, etc.
• Team Player as well as able to work on own initiative
