Do you have a Sales Mindset with a Customer Service Spirit?

We are looking for 15-20 motivated people to join our Minneapolis-Saint Paul Hail Damage Community Outreach Team. This team acts as the first contact for anyone in the community who experienced hail damage to their vehicle. This is NOT a sales job; you will only be helping new customers set appointments for a Hail Damage Claims Manager to perform a no-cost and hassle-free evaluation.

Compensation and Role(s)

• Realistic potential to earn 89k-$112k in your first season.
• Start earning bonuses during training, with no hold-back period.
• Generous performance bonuses and incentives paid daily/weekly/monthly.

• As a Storm Solutions Partner you choose – $25/hour OR 100% Commission, we will explain both during your interview.
