Stormwater Systems is a fast growing construction solutions provider! Specialising in providing water solutions we are the go-to for stormwater, re-use & water recycling problems. Our innovative family run business values efficiency and teamwork and are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support the team and ensure we can continue providing effective solutions for our construction partners.

About the role
You will be a key member of our Sales and Admin team and join our small but ever growing team working out of our Avondale space.  Lovely large light office, music & banter all day ….

Reporting to the Sales Manager this role will see you as the first point of contact for our customers and to provide admin support to the Sales team; enabling them to maximise sales and improve the customer experience. 

This is a demanding role (we are busy!) which will see you:

• Answering the 0800 and being the first point of contact in our Show Room for visitors. 
• Follow up weekly quotes, emails & phone calls – updating key information to ensure accurate forecasting of upcoming jobs
• Phone customers according to the call schedule to get appointments in a professional and helpful manner
• Follow up on opportunities as necessary to maintain production/supply schedule (calling, emailing clients, updating database) and ensure all details are up to date
• Support to Reps with data entry, follow ups, presentations and other collateral as required
• Correlating Sales data and presenting it in a useable form
• Formatting documents and letters as well as other administrative support to the team
• Prepare materials for proposal documents
• Processing and placing customer orders. 

About you
Due to the fast paced nature of our business you will need to have at least 12 month Sales support experience as well as the following attributes:

• Great problem solving abilities
• Quick to learn and adapt to every changing environments
• Customer focused – empathetic towards customers as well as other staff as you will provide support to the team
• Impeccable spoken and written English communication skills
• Be highly organised and identify priorities based on company values
• Can work independently and are detail oriented
• Computer savvy & can maintain organisation using digital systems
• Someone interested in growing with a company and has the mindset that we need to be involved in things that are outside of their job description
