Stotz Equipment Hiring for Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Job at Burley, ID Full Time

The store is looking for a person who will act as the store receptionist as well as have some administrative and department duties. As a receptionist, you could be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people throughout the business and ensure that assigned responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. What you’ll do

• Greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing guests and/or customers appropriately whether in person or telephone
• Answer, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, scanning, emailing
• Accounts receivable and/or Accounts payable experience a plus.

• Multi-tasking effectively is a must as well as the ability to organize and work under pressure

• Hours are Monday through Friday with possible Saturday hours of 8 AM to 12 Noon.
