THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Representative to work within our sales team in Rotorua. As a motivated Customer Service professional who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude, your primary focus will be to build customer relationships over the phone, online and face to face.

Responsibilities

• Customer interaction and relationship building in person, email and over the phone
• Utilise your skills to provide solutions to customers
• Collaborate and support team members, other business areas and projects as required
• Commitment to continual growth, learning and training
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

About You

• A passion to deliver outstanding sales & customer service
• Proven ability to provide solutions to meet customer’s needs
• Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced service centre environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
• An eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
• Background open – such as automotive customer service/retail/building
