• You are a ClickFunnels pro. Webinar setup? yup. Membership sites? yup. Upsells? Downsells? Order bumps? yup. yup. yup. You know how to build, test, and optimize high-converting funnels AND make them beautiful too.
• You L-O-V-E WordPress and know which off-the-shelf themes will make a blog shine, which trusty plugins will get the job done, and achieve zen-like satisfaction from giving tired, old sites a new facelift.
• Similarly, you’re old friends with Shopify — you know which themes and apps it takes to build a beautiful e-commerce experience that has visitors eager to become customers.
• Email automation and follow-up puts a big ol’ smile on your face (ActiveCampaign is our current tool of choice).
• You are no stranger to Photoshop (or Canva) and can quickly design simple graphics that make everything look ‘just right’
• You live to discover the best new marketing technology and dream of ways to implement it to help grow audience and increase revenues. Note: we will drop you into new software tools and expect you to figure it out!
• You are a natural problem-solver. You don’t sit around sipping vanilla lattes waiting for someone to spoon-feed you the answers. You’re proactive and know how to seek out the answers you need to get things done.
• You understand that not everyone gets this “digital stuff” so you are both professional and humble when sharing your knowledge and supporting the team. You are not above doing the little things that need to be done each and every day.
• You are focused and take ownership of your role. Because you will be working from home, if you are easily distracted, this job is NOT for you. If you need the buzz of the office watercooler, this may not be the job for you either.

What Will You Do In This Role?Every day will be a bit different but generally you will have three (3) key areas:1. BUILD / DESIGN

• Build landing pages, webinars, and membership sites (via Clickfunnels) to promote our events and product launches;
• WordPress and Shopify website design (via premium off-the-shelf themes) and basic content maintenance, including necessary redesign(s);

2. MEASURE

• Collect, review, and report on various metrics and daily / weekly KPIs;

3. SUPPORT

• Providing general assistance as the internal digital expert, including technical support, staff training, troubleshooting, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned.

RequirementsYou ideally…

• Have 2 – 7 years experience in a hands-on web design, freelancing, or digital marketing role;
• Prefer the fast-moving chaos of a small entrepreneurial business vs. a slow corporate bureaucracy;
• Are focused and able to maintain productivity without a structured office routine;
• Take ownership of your work – improving and fixing things because you want to, not because you’re told to;
• Work well and efficiently under time pressure and welcome feedback + last-minute revisions!

You need to have…

• Demonstrated ClickFunnels, WordPress, and/or Shopify experience (minimum 2 out of 3, portfolio links required);
• Critical layout / design eye with contemporary sensibility;
• Working knowledge of Photoshop or Canva;
• Basic HTML / CSS knowledge;
• Availability during regular business hours (8:30am – 5pm) for maximum cross-over with the rest of our team;

It would be great if you had…

• CRM experience (InfusionSoft, SalesForce, etc.);
• Cursory knowledge of other digital marketing functions: SEO, social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, etc.

Required Tools

• A dedicated laptop or desktop computer that will comfortably run the latest version of Mac OS or Windows (and any necessary software) without skipping beat;
• Consistent high-speed home internet access;
• Smart phone and / or tablet;
