Streamlined Business Solutions Hiring for Data Entry Specialist at Remote Full Time

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for recording financial transactions and completing the posting process for multiple clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts for multiple clients
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly coded
• Ensure deadlines are met
• Follow the company’s procedures and maintain the confidentiality of documents and clients’ personal information
• Understand and become familiar with 1099 Processing at Year End and how Data Entry affects it
• Maintain Transaction Linking between Credit Card Payments and Account Transfers
• Verify Vendor naming conventions and keep consistency to spelling & upper-case letters

Skills:

• Experience with data entry and record keeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• QuickBooks experience is desired
• Ability to deliver an exceptional client experience, communicate effectively and be friendly
