Stronghold Inspection LTD. (SHI) was started in 2009 under the main company, Stronghold LDT. SHI is one of several companies that was started out of specific needs that our clients were looking for. We offer a wide range of inspection services that include but not limited to, Mechanical Integrity Support, Implementation Services, Special Emphasis Programs, Document Management, Procedures, Risk Based Inspection Strategy’s, Turnarounds, Tank, Vendor Surveillance, New Construction, On-Stream, Project, NDE, Specialty NDE Inspection Services and Rope Access.

We are currently looking for a Data Entry person to support and advise on the technical evaluation and management relief device. This role will be used to evaluate and enter Data accurately, identify discrepancies and develop solutions to close those gaps. This person will play a key role in supporting the growth and improvements within the data base.

Job Duties:

· Enter Data into IDMS /CMMS to ensure high quality and customer confidence.

· Maintain IDMS practices into standards and procedures.

· Prepares source data for system entry by compiling and sorting information and establishing entry priorities.

· Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data

Required Qualifications:

· Excel

· Outlook

· Teams/OneNote

· Ability to understand SAP notifications

· A working knowledge of APM

· Strong communication skills (i.e., understanding the importance of the message they are trying to deliver and communicating issues so that they can be resolved)

Preferred Qualifications:

· APM proficiency

o Creating/updating tasks

o Updating equipment information with required characteristics

o Creating inspection reports and prepping them for approval by others

· SAP Notification process following our template

· OpenText & or Document Library navigation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
