2nd shift, M-F 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm

What you will do
Responsible for assisting in team performance optimization in the areas of quality, deliver and performance to budget, team building, employee engagement, new product implementation, and capacity and production planning. Serves as escalation point for people issues and leads training and onboarding in assigned area(s).
