We are seeking to add a Data Entry Clerk to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry,

Responsibilities:

· Prepare, scan, and upload documents

· Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and faxing

· High level of computer proficiency in database systems, including data entry, maintenance, quality assurance and report production

· High level of proficiency in Excel, with ability to create and manipulate data and create reports, including filters, de-duplication of data, sort, and Excel functions

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Review discrepancies in data received

· Advise supervisor of issues related to data

· Support the fulfillment team as needed

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in data entry or other related fields (preferred)

· Must be able to reliably commute to the office. This is NOT a remote position (required)

· Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Google products, etc.

· Excellent typing skills

· Strong organizational skills

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Attention to detail
