Overview:

  • Short-term (3-4months) assignment to manage vaccination tracking and evidence collection for return to office effective Feb 14th.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and manage new application
  • Verify COVID vaccination evidence against vaccination tracking data
  • Prepare and send emails to employees
  • Outreach to staff who have not provided thier vaccination evidence
  • Report out to HR management

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good communication, writing and customer service skills
  • Ability to navigate and learn web based tools and applications
  • Detail oriented
