Summerset Looking for Care Centre Manager at Wellington City, Wellington Full Time

We are looking for an inspirational Care Centre Manager who is enthusiastic about leading and developing a new team of Nurses and Caregivers to provide quality care in our brand new facility in Kenepuru.

The Care Centre will be your domain. You’re effectively the business lead, responsible for all staffing and budgeting, and will have control over operations to ensure the Centre runs smoothly every day. You’ll have a big team and will see that they are all best placed to provide the highest standard of care. You and your team will be backed by an organisation that sees quality of resident lifestyle and care as top priority. You’ll be great at external stakeholder engagement and work collaboratively with Village and Sales teams to support occupancy, SA sales and a developing village.

Your experience in a similar position will have armed you with a strong knowledge of the care industry, including DHB standards, and you’ll have a genuine passion for helping create an enjoyable lifestyle for the elderly.
