SunPlus Data Group, Inc. Hiring for Help Desk at Trenton, NJ Full Time

SunPlus Data Group is looking for a Help Desk to work for a State Government facility in Trenton, NJ.

This is for 12 months to start and is likely to extend

Hours are generally M-F, 40 hrs/week

Pay is $32/hr W2 hourly or $36/hr 1099

**THIS POSITION WILL BE ON-SITE FOR THE FIRST 4-6 MONTHS TO TRAIN, AND THEN HYBRID (3 DAYS ON-SITE, 2 DAYS REMOTE FROM HOME) **

It usually takes the State Government about 1-3 weeks to start interviews, just so that you are aware of the timeframe. The first interview will usually be via phone or WebEx.

Job Summary:

The State of NJ is seeking a Help Desk with documented experience. The Help Desk will

• Install the software on the Windows PCs and deploy the PC at the various State-owned and leased building locations
• Participate in training personnel
• Provides assistance resolving issues for clients
• Drive to other buildings to participate in site visits with other ISU technicians.
• Document issues and answer phone calls and emails from clients during business hours

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
