Overview:
The Contract Review Representative will report to the Damage Resolutions Supervisor and oversee sensitive accounts in the damage resolutions department. This individual will review and prepare case summaries for other company entities as needed. Success in this role will look like total and complete ownership of sensitive claim load while proactively updating Damage Resolutions Leadership alongside other involved entities such a legal team and insurance carrier regularly on progression of claims.
Responsibilities:

Oversee & resolve damage claims in a timely manner involving regulatory complaints, insurance, assisting with attorney to attorney communication, house fire(s), media/PR, BBB & other leadership requests.

Review and determine fault for damage situations claimed against the company.

Research cases and prepare summaries.

Proactively update other entities on progression of claims.

Work closely with the Legal Ops team and other to act as their Representative for Damage Resolutions and provide them with resources as needed.
Qualifications:
-
Worked in Damage Resolutions for at least 6 months.

Case managed a minimum of 100 cases.

Strong attention to detail.

Self motivated.

Ability to speak with customers in a clear and professional manner.

Understanding of home rooftop solar installation practices.

Strong understanding of both Damage Resolutions & Company Insurance policies and processes.

General understanding of homeowners insurance operations.
-
General understanding of construction industry, specifically roofing.

Strong communication skills
