A growing company is looking for a Business Analyst to work on requirements, process mapping, working with different stakeholders across the business to help build out features & functionality on a large Salesforce project?

Do you enjoy variety? Working within a digital team and across the business?

People person who can elicit requirements? Ask the probing questions?

What you’ll bring:

• BA, BCom or BSc or similar degree or not
• 4 years+ Software Business Analyst experience working on a CRM or ERP system
• Enjoy understanding stakeholder (and/or SME) requirements, define & process map different parts of business functionality
• Dynamic – someone who can really work with different people, understand the business & translate these into technical requirements
• Any experience of JIRA or other project tracking systems
• Good analytical & problem solving skills
• Good communicator, excellent documentation skills / written English
• Love getting great outcomes
