Position Overview:

We are seeking a content creator who specialises in photography and video. This role is crucial in managing end-to-end projects, from concept to execution, including shooting and editing. The ideal candidate must have experience handling photography and videography projects and a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Lead and manage all aspects of photography and video production projects.
• Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production phases effectively.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.

Photography and Videography:

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos that align with project objectives.
• Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio devices.
• Direct and coach talent and subjects to achieve desired performances and visuals.

Editing and Post-Production:

• Edit photos and videos to create compelling narratives and visuals.
• Use editing software proficiently to enhance images and footage.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions into final deliverables.

Creative Input:

• Contribute creative ideas and concepts for photography and video projects.
• Collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency in all deliverables.
• Review final products to ensure they meet project requirements and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Requires 3+ years’ experience.
• Job requires 40 hours per week.
• $36/hour.
• Experience as a Photographer, Videographer, and Post-Production professional.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in photography, videography, and editing.
• Experience using photography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
