Job Description: Respond to service calls in a timely fashion and demonstrate a courteous, and professional attitude dealing with residents. Troubleshoot and make repairs to single and multi-family residential properties in one or more of the following categories: drywall, painting, carpentry, cabinets, countertops, doors, windows, siding, fences, flooring, light plumbing, light electrical, appliances, deck repair, gutters, garage doors, pressure washing and more.
