Superior Home Care & Hospice Hiring for Administrative Assistant Job at Remote Full Time

Home health agency office experience is required. This job can be done entirely remotely or can be done in our Murray, Utah office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and track patient documentation including physician orders and care plans

• Manage tracking systems and spreadsheets

• Accurately and efficiently complete data entry tasks.

• Handle phone calls with staff, patients, family members, physician offices, hospitals, facilities and others

• Perform a variety of other office tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Home health and/or hospice office experience required

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Amazing interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail

• ​Strong organizational skills

• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
