We are looking for a Client Success Manager who can provide ongoing support to our clients and strengthen their relationship with SupportNinja. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships and implementing new programs that will increase your business’ revenue potentials and minimize churn rates.
A Client Success Manager’s responsibilities include supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects, building close relationships that often last beyond any one project or job-order lasting process ownership with the business itself.
Ultimately, you will work directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while their active account with us. You will also work closely with other functional support groups and stakeholders to ensure client questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
What you will do:

Work directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they are an active account with SupportNinja
Work closely with other functional support groups and stakeholders to ensure client questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Establish clear client retention goals
Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs
Promote the value of our products and services
Promote value through customer experience
Review client escalations and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
Coverage new and existing clients
Who you are:
Proven work experience as a Client Services, Client For Director level, should have leadership experience success or Customer Success Manager or similar role in an outsourced environment
Experience working with brand image and promoting value through client experience
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Accountability and personal organization are essential
Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company stand
2 Years solid experience in client engagement
At least a College graduate (undergrads are welcome to apply, compensated with more than 2 years of solid client management experience
Good to have:
HubSpot end-user experience or any CRM
