SURESTAFF Hiring for Administrative Assistant Job at Darien, WI Full Time

Surestaff is immediately hiring for an Administrative Assistant for a large Food Manufacturing Company in Darien, WI. Knowdledge of SAP a plus!
– 1st shift- $20-$24 hr- 4-6 month project that can lead into a permanent position- Weekly Pay

Job Summary:

• Entry of rudimentary Bill of Material data into SAP
  • Use of Excel to crossover data exported from Infor EAM to the SAP CMMS.
    • This will involve examining spreadsheets and performing look ups on crossover sheets to get matching material numbers in the SAP system.
    • Once matching SAP material numbers are generated then these part numbers will be entered on the bill of material for the asset being processed.
    • This activity will occur in coordination with the maintenance planner for the function location the equipment is installed.
    • Perform audit of assets using the “ Material Where-used List” to determine if additional materials can be added to the assets.

Additional potential responsibility:

• Process orders that are marked “ No Remaining Action”
  • Use the SAP CMMS for daily processing of released orders that have “ No Remaining Action” confirmations to the “ Technically Completed” status.
    • Data will be reviewed to determine criteria for processing
      • Labor confirmation and remark entered.
      • Goods movement on order when material usage indicated.
      • Notification noted when additional follow up noted.
      • Orders not meeting criteria for “ Technically Completed” status will be forwarded to maintenance team leads for additional review and final decision on status update.
      • Orders that do meet and are “ Technically Completed” will be reported for summary review to the maintenance team leads and any additional team members as identified.
    • This activity will occur in coordination with the maintenance team leads for the shifts and areas of responsibility that are being processed.

Skills needed –

• Knowledge of Excel and functions used to create spreadsheets such as “ VLOOKUP” and/or pivot tables.
• Knowledge of computers and other Office programs used for daily office activities.
• Knowledge of SAP CMMS system or similar type of asset management system.
