Position Overview:
Provides project and business support, gathering and compiling internal and external data to prepare for the collective bargaining and market/benchmark review process, updating and maintaining tables and data in Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) system and other applications, responding timely to escalated inquiries, and performing activities to support compensation analyses.
Job Description:
This role has a work from home option. The candidate selected must live in one of the Sutter approved states and be available to come on site for meetings. etc.
Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Utah.
EDUCATION
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
1 year in a human resources (HR), compensation, HR contact center, payroll or accounting/finance position.
1 year working with multiple processes and serving multiple customers.
1 year working with application systems and/or computerized databases.
1 year with manipulating data in Excel or similar spreadsheet application, making format changes and creating basic mathematical and statistical functions/formulas.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Ability to compile data, identify and research trends or issues, and make initial/preliminary recommendations.
Ability to compute and apply basic mathematical and statistical calculations.
Organization skills and attention to details.
Demonstrates critical thinking skills with the ability to recognize, research and resolve questionable data.
Displays a customer service focus in all decisions and actions.
Ability to prioritize workload to complete assignments accurately and timely.
Ability to communicate through verbal and written means, and to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to interact and establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of required duties.
Demonstrates respect for cultural and linguistic differences and promotes an inclusive work environment.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing business priorities.
