Job Description

Data entry clerck position is mainly responsible for helping the finance department review and enter bill/invoices owed by the company to outside creditors (i.e. vendors & service providers). This is a Temp to Hire position. Quick BooksProficient A Must. The hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Benefits will be offered after the 90 days trial period.

Major Duties

– Review, sort, and verify bills/invoices

– Enter bills/invoices into QuickBooks according to specific Chart of Accounts

– Match up checks with bills/invoices paid and mail out to vendor

Minor Duties

– Miscellaneous filing and document storage at offsite warehouse

– Review and verify vendor Open Balance Statements

Job Requirements

– High School diploma or GED preferred

– 1 -3 years of experience a plus

– Demonstrated attention to detail

– Must be fluent in English

– Basic Microsoft Knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)

– QuickBooks A Must. Intermidiate level and above.

– Strong data entry skills

– Team player and go getter
