Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Marketing Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is a job search platform for IT professionals seeking a career change. The platform provides a free service for candidates for registering and searching for vacancies of interest. Using the platform, you get full discreteness of the personal data; chat with recruiters, receive offers, screen vacancies, and stay anonymous within the process. Requirements:
- 3-4 years of work experience in Marketing.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience with content marketing.
- Experience with email marketing.
- Presentations’ design skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Сreative approach and excellent communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, absorb new ideas, grow in all things marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team on the evaluation of lead generation results.
- Prepare sales supporting materials: presentation, leaflets, brochures, etc.
- Build and nurture the email campaigns for existing leads.
- Edit, co-edit and prepare to mail content materials.
- Support and co-execute promotional online events for potential prospects.
- Own and manage email lists and subsequent campaigns using relevant tools and applications.
- Create and optimize campaigns in social media.
- Measure ROI and KPIs across all campaigns.
- Research and evaluate digital marketing trends.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in managing email lists and subsequent campaigns.
- Profound skills in presentation design.
- Basic knowledge of Zoho for business.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Basic background in HTML and CSS.
