Our team is GROWING and we are hiring for Registered Nurses – Critical Care.

The NAC assists in the delivery of patient care and department-related activities under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Shift: Day, Night, Evening, and Variable
FTE: Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time (0.01, 0.1, 0.6, 0.9, and 1)
Required Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or GED
Current Washington State certification as a Nursing Assistant Certified
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers required at time of hire from American Heart Association (AHA) or Military Training Network (MTN)
Washington State Medical Assistant – Registered will be required with Swedish Medical Center facility application completed within 7 days of hire. Must obtain active license within 60 days of hire. Employee will not be authorized to practice independently until registration is obtained.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong preference will be given to students enrolled in a BSN program
Six (6) months of acute care experience
One (1) year of skilled nursing experience
Acute or skilled experience will be waived if the applicant has demonstrated experience involving customer service in healthcare or other related industry and completion of an acute care NAC course
Acute or skilled experience will be waived for students currently enrolled and in good standing at a traditional registered nursing program approved by the Nursing Quality Care Commission. At a minimum, satisfactory completion of one academic term (quarter or semester) that included clinical patient care experience is required

Swedish $0 premium plan Full-time caregivers (0.75-1.0 FTE) who earn less than $60,000 per year will be offered the Swedish PPO medical plan with a $0 premium cost, including dependent coverage. If you enroll in the Swedish PPO medical plan and meet the eligibility requirements, you will see the $0 premium plan option in the benefits enrollment system.
