We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying code across various tech platforms, applications and backend solutions.

To be successful in the role, you’ll have the following technical skills and experience:

• Minimum 6 years experience using Java in an extremely fast-paced and extreme agile environment
• Australian market experience
• Develop software in Java8 (or later) and Spring with server side experience
• Ideally have worked with big data technologies; Kafka, MongoDB, Elastic
• Led teams on projects and coached junior developers
• Document requirements and specifications
• Cloud experience in AWS or similar platform would be preferred
• CI/CD pipeline; we use GoCD
• Production experience with Docker; Kubernetes is a bonus
• Good communication, organisational skills; including the ability to manage changing priorities and meeting deadlines
