What does a Production Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?
In the production plant of Coca-Cola products, the Supervisor oversees and supervises the production operation for the facility per best practice policies and guidelines. The production environment is operational 24/7 so the supervisor is a key team leader. The opportunity to train, equip, hire and develop team members and motivate them to do their best is very influential and rewarding when working in the fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities include:

• Ensure quality and accuracy of production operations, including accurate documentation.
• Schedule production team members to meet the demands of the facility, within budgeted headcount
• Oversee cleaning and sanitation of production areas to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Provide training and coaching while leading by example

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
• Trade School certified preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing, production operators, and industrial technology preferred
• 3+ years manufacturing experience required (beverage/food preferred).
• 2+ years supervising manufacturing staff required.
• Work experience in Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP’s preferred
• Financial budgeting experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Proficient with CONA/SAP preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with other departments and functions
• Flexible and adaptable to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekend rotation, as directed by the business
